Hours/Duration: full-time for six-months

Liaison Creative + Marketing has an opening for a Junior Project Manager for a six-month role supporting a marketing localization team for our client, a global leader in the data center, embedded, gaming, and PC markets. As a Junior Project Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing and facilitating the successful completion of localization projects. This role involves managing the project lifecycle from initiation through to delivery, ensuring that all aspects of the localization process are executed efficiently and meet our high standards. We seek 1-2 years of Project Management experience with larger organizations. This full-time benefits role is remote for candidates in these states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, MA, MD, MI, MN, NC, NV, TN, TX, UT, VA, and WI.

  • Be part of a diverse and talented team with exposure to international clients and global market dynamics in a supportive and collaborative work environment
  • Manage and coordinate localization projects from beginning to end, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Track progress and allocate resources appropriately
  • Handle project-related queries and resolve issues swiftly to avoid delays
  • Ensure compliance with both internal process standards and external regulatory requirements
  • Prepare and present project updates and impact reports to management and stakeholders

How to be a top candidate for this job:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in project management, preferably in localization or a related industry
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in a second language is a plus, but not required

Skills:

  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (Workfront a plus)
  • Versed in Microsoft Office
