Join our Liaison Creative + Marketing team and explore an exciting opportunity as a remote Marketing Alliances Specialist! We're hiring someone with a knack for budget management, reconciling, and forecasting to support a global Marketing team. If you have a solid background in Excel (think pivot tables, V-lookup, and formulas), a customer-centric mindset, excellent communication skills, and a sharp eye for detail, we want to hear from you! This role will ensure that co-marketing budget management with a global tech leader runs smoothly and provides support for a centralized marketing budget tool. We are compensating for 1-3 years of experience. Preference for candidates in these states: CA, CO, FL, MD, MI, MN, NC, OH, TN, TX, UT, VA, and WI.
- Collaborate with internal/external teams in marketing operations, regional and worldwide marketing, finance, and tech partners to support co-marketing program budget management and the corporate marketing budget portal
- Support the co-marketing team in tracking, reporting, and reconciling marketing budgets, spend forecasting, and preparing dashboard reporting
- Collaborate with finance, marketing operations, OEMs, and regional and worldwide marketing teams to manage operational and program alignment to contract agreements, reservation, and claim review and approval
- Provide support for the operations of a centralized marketing budget management tool (training, functionality, enhancement, dashboard reporting, and ROI tracking)
- Interface with marketing partners to provide program and budget portal training and support
How to be a top candidate for this job:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Marketing
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in a budget or finance role with some exposure to marketing operations required. We need to see evidence of finance, budget, and Excel experiences
- Tactically skilled in organizing budget information and summarizing highlights to teams
- Proficient in working with detailed budget information and reconciliation information
- Able to communicate effectively in a global and cross-functional organization
- Skilled with in-the-moment problem solving and navigating complex situations
- Flexibility to attend early morning/night calls as needed, supporting global teams
- Able to work in a team and independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- A highly reliable, proactive individual who takes ownership
Skills:
